He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Marie Rae and Charles Olen Heavner Sr.; and his brother Charles Heavner Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Kalyn (Alan Jarvis); his grandchildren, Kallie and Berry Jarvis (Kelsey Hale); his great grandchild Lucille Jarvis; and his brother Daniel (Lisa Heavner). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
