He was predeceased by: his father Charles Phillip Ward; his brother Gene Holder; and his grandparents, Marjorie Mozingo, George Mozingo and Doris Ward.
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Rose Mozingo Holder; his siblings, James Holder and Sheila Bishop (Tim); and his aunt Joan Newcomb.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Life Fellowship of Smithfield (2777 NC-210, Smithfield, NC 27577).
