She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Gurley and Betty Martin Gurley; her husband Hubert Lane; and her brothers, Ernest and Lonnie Ray Gurley.
She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Lane of Smithfield; and her nieces, Sherrie Ennis (Jerry), Karen Hemingway (Joe), Betty Goodling and Gayle Evens (Glenn). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews.
