She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivey Casey and Annie Casey; her husband James Proctor; and her brothers, Ray Casey, Billy Casey and Danny Casey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Ennis (Wayne) and Katherine Ellis; her grandchildren, David Ennis (Trish), Kristen Hopkins, James "Clay" Ellis and Kameron Ellis; her great grandchildren, Paige, Tyson, Colin and Sawyer; and her sister Shirley Maxwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
