She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sweeney and Bernetta Sweeney of Wichita, KS; and her son Douglas T. Kubik. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Kubik Sperry (Scott) of Albany, GA and Julie Kubik Patrick of Smithfield; her sister Sharon P. Siegrist of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, John Bradley Sperry (Lindy) of Tampa, FL, Laura Lynne Sperry Powers (Rory) of Savannah, GA and Aaron Tyler Kubik of Fairbanks, AK; and her great grandchildren, Owen and Emilia Sperry of Tampa, FL..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials, in honor of Ganice Kubik, may be made to the SECU Hospice House, P. O. Box 1376, Smithfield, NC 27577.
