She was predeceased by: her parents, Almon B. Hood and Vida Smith Hood; her husband James H. Creekmore, Jr.; and her sisters, Ada H. Clifton, Nellie H. Griffin and Ruby H. Adams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mitzie C. Isenhour (Larry) of Smithfield and Julie McCurdy (Alex) of Clayton; her grandchildren, Leah Isenhour (Mitch Strader) of Reidsville, Brandon McCurdy (Jordan) of Clayton and Lauren McCurdy of Clayton; and her caregivers, Phyllis, Trish, Dawn and Rene.
