He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ian Wilson and Janet Wilson; and his wife Linda Wilson. He is survived by: his son Lance; his daughter-in-law Erica Wilson of Smithfield; his siblings, Graham Wilson of Cary and Anita Starnes of Wendell; his granddaughter Kayla Creech of Smithfield; and his great grandchild Colbie Creech of Smithfield.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Underwood Funeral Home (522 S Brightleaf Blvd, Smithfield, NC 27577). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
