We announce the death of Judy Francis Duncan of Smithfield, North Carolina, who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ashley Blackmon and Vira Turnage Blackmon; and her husband Braxton Carter Duncan. She is survived by: her sons, Ken C. Ashby (Ann) of Raleigh and Kevin J. Ashby (Julie) of Pine Level.
