She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Williams and Carrena Williams; her husband Richard Rowan Holt, Jr.; and her former life partner Robert Bailey. She is survived by : her children, Jane Gaston Holt of Winston-Salem, Richard Rowan Holt III of Smithfield and William Dawson Holt (Lane) of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
