With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Ray Wiggs of Smithfield, North Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2022 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Coker. He is survived by: his parents, John Steven Wiggs (Jetta) of Denmark and Brenda Faye Mosley Coker (Bennie) of Smithfield; his wife Tammi L. Wiggs; his children, Joshua Alan Jackson of Princeton, Jordan Austin Wiggs of Pikeville, Dillian Matthew Wiggs of Pikeville and Savannah Paige Denice Jackson of Clinton; and his siblings, John Gabriel Wiggs (Dawn) of Arizona, James Thomas Wiggs of Selma, Gary Forbes, Jr. (Robyn) of Texas, Gabriel Ethan Rivera of Smithfield and Crystal Faye Brannan (Eric) of Pine Level. He is also survived by six nephews and four nieces.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
