He is survived by: his sons, Clinton Michael Jernigan (Mary) and Bryan Chase Jernigan (Mary); his granddaughters, Ryan Elizabeth Jernigan, Ashley Nicole Jernigan, Reta Ann Jernigan and Oaklee Jean Jernigan; and his brother James Lee Jernigan.
