She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Lee and Wilcey Lee; and her husband Roy B. "Tom" Massengill. She is survived by: her sons, Roy Lee Massengill of Four Oaks and Ricky D. Massengill (Susan) of Benson; her grandchildren, Ricky Massengill, Jr. (Sarah), Thomas Massengill, Christina LePorte (Andrew), Roy Lee Massengill, II and Bradley Glenn Massengill; and her siblings, Wilcey Thompson of Grantham, Nancy "Pinky" Thompson of Grantham and Larry Lee of Tarboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
