She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Johnson and Margie Johnson; her husband Kenneth Radford; her son Joey Johnson; and her brothers, Bill Johnson and Doug Davis.

She is survived by : her children, Susan Fader (Alan) of Smithfield and Kevin Radford (Amanda) of Smithfield; and her grandchildren, Joey Johnson II, Crystal Jones, Alan Fader, Brooke Jones, Dawn Fader, Joseph Johnson and Mackenzie Radford. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
