He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Linwood and Melba Gaye Little Dale; and his brother Stephen Dale. He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Dale of Phoenix, AZ and Brittany Dale of Kenly; and his sister Evelyn D. Hughes of Smithfield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
