Though Tony may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Tony touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coolidge Loye and Hilda Doss Loye; and his sister Zula Trent. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Bray Loye; his daughter Tonya Loye Worley (Paul); his grandson Adam Worley; and his brothers, Gary Loye (LuAnne) and Dennis Loye (Arlene). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the Underwood Funeral Home (522 S Brightleaf Blvd, Smithfield, NC 27577). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
