She was predeceased by: her daughter Blue; her mother Betty Richardson; and her siblings, Felicia Warren and James Lee Robertson. She is survived by: her husband Matthew "Mickey" Hinnant; her daughters, Lamisha Richardson (DJ), Vernessa Hinnant (LaQuan) and Pepper; her siblings, Vivian Willaims (Alan), Vertes Richardson Jr., Michael Richardson, Priscilla Richardson (Waldo), Belinda White (Ronney), Tony Watson, Treymane, Charles, Christopher, Fredrick, Bobby and Shoreice Richardson; her grandchildren, Eyonna, Jovanny, Juliana and Destiny; Hattie Lofton Date. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Walter Sanders Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel (302 S Brightleaf Blvd, Smithfield, NC 27577). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Wilson's Mills Baptist Church (652 Swift Creek Rd, Smithfield, NC 27577).
