He was predeceased by: his parents, Irv Harper and Mary Miller Harper; and his great grandchild Lucas Harper. He is survived by: his wife Diane Harper; his sons, William Floyd Harper, Jr., Bryan Keith Harper (Pam), Michael Paul Harper (Joy) and Stephen Thomas Harper; his grandchildren, Tyler Watson, Brandon Harper, Joseph Harper, Connor Harper, Brantley Harper, Colby Blackmon, Tyler Hall and Sierra Hautamaki; his great grandchildren, Camden Blackmon, Ellyn Blackmon, Naomi Harper and Vincent Blackmon; and his sister Jerry Harper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
