He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R Lucas and Bertha Brinkley Lucas; and his son Brodwick Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Joan Green Lucas; his sons, William Lucas II (Rita) and Timothy Lucas; his daughter-in-law Lisa Lucas; and his sisters-in-law, Luevenia Lucas, Brenda Lucas and Gail Green. He is also survived by four grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
