He is survived by: his wife Betty Blanton Williams; his children, Daneille Williams, Elizabeth Williams and Anthony Williams; his grandchildren, David Sapp, Logan Williams, Richard Sapp, Kalen Williams and Zane Walker Williams, Jr.; and his brother Charles Justice Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
