It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Oscar Ray Blackburn of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Enoch Blackburn and Betty Blackburn of Sneads Ferry; and his brother-in-law Charles Pollard of Greenville. He is survived by : his sister Freda Pollard of Greenville; his nieces, Sheila Williams (Chris) and Dr. Shannon Duvall (Robert); his nephew Jeffrey Pollard; his great-nieces, Graceson Roberson (Zach), Lilliana Duvall and Kyleigh Williams; his friends, Gig and Scotty Everett of Sneads Ferry; and also Topher Roberson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
