It is with sadness that we share the passing of Sarah Jane Bland of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, born on October 28, 1946. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Sarah Jane touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Sarah Jane’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Bland, II of Wallace and NC; her children, Robert Allan, Sharon Jean, Joe Bland III, Bob Bland and Bill Bland; and her grandchildren, David, Joey, Summer and Van.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 4th 2026 at the Topsail Island (203 N Anderson Blvd, Holly Ridge, NC 28445).
