He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray D. Caudill and Marie Auman Caudill; and his siblings, Max Caudill and Clara Auman. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Frye Caudill; his daughter Sherri Lewis; his granddaughter Ashley Lewis; and his siblings, Mae Auman, Sarah Cox (Ricky), Roy Caudill (Ann) and Carl Caudill.
