We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2025, at the age of 79, James Darrell Johnson of Snow Camp, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Henry Johnson and Hilda Lindley Johnson; his grandson Joseph Wayne "Joe-Joe" Johnson; and his brothers, Donald Gene Johnson and Ronald Dean Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Lee Johnson; his grandchildren, Breyhauna Lee Johnson, Kelsie Johnson Agnew (A. J.) and Jordan Alyssa Johnson; his great grandchildren, Colton Blake Agnew, Kamryn Ariah Kruthers and Stella Jo Agnew; his brother Larry Wayne Johnson; his nephews, Barry Johnson (Penny), Tony Johnson and Keith Johnson; and his great-niece Taylor Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Service & Crematory (207 E Elm St, Graham, NC 27253). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Center Methodist Church (9204 Center Church Rd, Snow Camp, NC 27349).
