He is survived by: his wife Josefina Rubio Ruie; his children, Agustin Delgado Rubio, Leopoldo Delgado Rubio, Joel Delgado Rubio, Jaime Delgado Rubio, Leonel Delgado Rubio, Jessica Delgado Rubio and Isabel Delgado Rubio; and his siblings, Samuel Delgado Rubio and Virginia Delgado Mondragon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (83 Circle Dr, Snow Hill, NC 28580).
