It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Tyson (Snow Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bobby Tyson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert "Buck" and Annie Laurie Tyson; and his brother Elvin A. Tyson. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Head; his sons, Robert Jeffrey "Jeff" Tyson (Robin Harrison Tyson) and Jody Craig Tyson (Tanya Conner Craft); his grandchildren, Robert Alexander "Alex" Tyson, Conner Blayne Craft and Riley Anne Craft; his sisters, Nancy Tyson Murphy and Annette Tyson Taylor (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Sandra S. Tyson, Diane H. Smith, Tammy H. Stallings and W. Carson "Buddy" Head. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Free Will Baptist Children's Home, PO Box 249, Middlesex, NC 27557.
