He is survived by : his brother Chester Heath; his wife Shelby Jean Moore Heath; his daughter Linda Heath Taylor of Snow Hill; his grandson Douglas Cameron Taylor (JoAnna Lyne Taylor) of Winterville; his great grandchild Henry James Taylor; his sister Jennie Flietner of Sunset City, FL; his niece Nancy Radford of Snow Hill; and his caregivers, Renee Chase, Verna Davis, Karen Hart, Deborah Turnage, Kate Stepps, Kathy Lovett and Shirley Hughes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association or the charity of one's choice.
