He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Cullipher and Thenia Hobbs Cullipher; and his daughter-in-law Kimberly M. Suggs. He is survived by: his cousin Fred; his wife Eleanor Wells Suggs; his children, Robert L. Suggs, Timothy L. Suggs (Robin) and Lisa Cullipher Deputy (Jon); his grandchildren, Ezra Mooring, Kimberly Hope Richardson (Tyler), Robert Tyler Suggs (Ashley) and Jonathan R. Deputy; and his great grandchildren, Meilani and Kaiya Richardson.
