He is survived by: his son Matthew Chase; his parents, Bronnie Chase and Lou Chase; his siblings, Melissa Chase Lang (Jamie) and Jason Chase (Kami); his siblings' children, Titus, Caleb Chase, Georgia, Sadie and Eliza Lang; his cousins, Dawn Murphy and Charlotte Harrison Shelton; and his close friends, Donald Turnage and Vernon Jones. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
