He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Thomas "JT" Rouse II of Goldsboro; his siblings, Joan Rouse Baisey (Clyde) of Canton, Georgia, Berry Kim Rouse of Snow Hill and Timothy Wayne Rouse (Belinda Kay) of Fountain; and his close friend Cindy Davenport of Snow Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
