He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Skinner Smith; his son Robert Timothy "Timmy" Smith (Kami) of Snow Hill; his granddaughter Addison Caroline Smith of Snow Hill; his siblings, Carol Smith Gurganus (Melvin) of Colerain and Alan D. Smith (Barbara) of Snow Hill; and his pet Oliver.
