He is survived by: his parents, James Edward and Hazel Lynne Owens; his wife Tammy Howell Owens; his children, Candice Lynn Stinson (Brian) of Snow Hill, Jessica Rae Bell (Joe) of Snow Hill, Makayla Brook Owens of Snow Hill and Michael Dylan Owens of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Kylie Bell, Bryce Perry, Lacie Bell, Lucas Bell, Khiree Artis and Kylian Artis; and his sisters, Barbara Smith (Ken) of La Grange and Deedra Wood of Snow Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
