He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Donell Parker and Charlene Artis Gilbert; his wife Wanda Alane Whaley Parker; his daughter Sandra P. Brunson; and his grandchildren, Orayah Brunson and Ayden Brunson.

He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Lynn Jarman and David Keith Parker; his granddaughters, Dulicia Parker, Shanna Parker-Lopez, Danelle Parker and Ava Parker; and his great grandchildren, Christian Cale, Alijah Parker and Ryder Williams.
