She is survived by: her husband Steve Blizzard; her children, Jay Blizzard (Ashley) and Sarah Blizzard (Joseph Wade); her grandchildren, Christopher Blizzard (Kayla), Nathan Blizzard (Chloe), Gracie O'Briant, Bailey O'Briant, Kinley Wade and Sadie Wade; her great grandchild Wesley Blizzard; her brother Jeffrey Neal Moore; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Lou Blizzard, Linda Blizzard and Tommy Blizzard (Jennifer).
