He is survived by: his parents, Minister Carolyn McCoy (Angela Williams) of Goldsboro and Aaron Williams of La Grange; his children, Brittney Johnson of Greenville, Rayquan Johnson of Greenville, Shaquetta Johnson of Greenville and Christopher Carmon of Dudley; his siblings, Aaron Jr. Williams of Winchester, Virginia and Angela Williams of Goldsboro; and his close friends, Lynwood Cotton, Kimberly House and Kimberly Pully. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
