He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ray Dail; and his brother Michael Ray Dail. He is survived by: his sons, Ashton Dail of Elm City and Jackson Dail of Hookerton; his mother Kate Moore Stepp; his stepfather Stuart Stepp of Hookerton; and his nieces and nephews, Adyn Dail and Kalyn Dail. He is also survived by aunts and cousins.
