He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Heath and Annie Heath; his sisters, Agatha Heath Hill (William) and Jean Heath Henderson (Bob); and his former wives, Joan Hill Heath and Faye Parker Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Carraway Heath; his daughters, Olivia Heath Banks (Jim) and Donna Heath Long (Mike); his grandsons, Heath Maxwell Hyman and Christian Thomas Hyman; his niece Pam Hill Hawkins (Dexter); and his stepchildren, Jerry Alan Carraway (Diane), Jimmy David (Jay), Carraway (Shelia) and Jane Carraway McLawhorn (Billy). He is also survived by six step grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:20 PM at the First Baptist Church of Snow Hill (509 Kingold Blvd, Snow Hill, NC 28580). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
