He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Craven and Peggy Bagley Harper; his sisters, Patricia Harper Whitley and Jennifer Gray Harper; and his nephew Stephen Keith Whitley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Katherine Harper Godwin (Robin) and Charles Harper (Toni) of Walstonburg; his brother-in-law Dan Keith Whitley of Stantonsburg; his niece Nicole Godwin; his siblings' child Chris Harper; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Buster, Amber Harper Smith, Annison Quinn, Danelle W. Heath (Butch) and Haley Whitley; and also, RJ, Jessica and Meghan.
