It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bob Mabe of Sophia, North Carolina, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harding Abner Mabe and Mae Dwiggins Mabe; his brother Allen Mabe; and his grandchildren, Joseph Davis and Natasha Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Deese Mabe; his children, Geoffrey Robert Mabe (Angela), Johnny Davis (Sabra), Tom Davis (Anita), Tootsie Williams (Robbie), Lavonne Johnson (Greg) and Beth Williams; and his brothers, David Mabe, George Mabe (Dot) and Lawrence Mabe (Ann).
Visitation was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wright Funerals-Cremations (1720 Westchester Dr, High Point, NC 27262). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Allendale Baptist Church (900 E Springfield Rd, High Point, NC 27263).
