With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Lynn Pendleton of Sophia, North Carolina, who passed away on December 11, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Chandler and Mary Steed Chandler. She is survived by: her husband Steve Pendleton; her sons, Steve Pendleton (Jackie) of Midway and Michael Pendleton (Sylvia) of Archdale; her brother John Chandler (Beth) of Denton; and her grandchildren, McKinzie Pendleton, Andrew Pendleton and Abbigail Pendleton.
