He is survived by: his grandchildren, Colin Hayden, Brice Hayden, Hartley Parks and Stella Parks; his brother Terry Hart; his nephews, David Hart and Logan Hart; his caregivers, Joy Kolkhorst, Marilyn Ricks, Farrah Dorman and Tessie Hilton; Taliaferro Parks and Lori Hart.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Red Cross, The Foundation of First Health, and the American Heart Association.
