He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Oldham and Bessie Maness Oldham; his siblings, Walter Oldham, Harvey Oldham, Russell Oldham and Wilsie Dalton; and his sister-in-law Ruth Oldham.

He is survived by: his wife Faye Wallace Oldham; his daughter Tammy Oldham Mooney (Matt) of West End; his brother Charlie Oldham of Bear Creek; his grandchildren, Lyle Barnett (Melissa) of Gastonia and Lindsey Barnett of Asheboro; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Oldham, Janice Oldham and Jim Dalton.
