It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Scott (Southern Pines, North Carolina), who passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Andrew Scott and Tressa Agnes Richards; his wife Carole Agnes Leiser; his son James; his granddaughter Shannon; and his sisters, Patricia and Susan.
He is survived by: his children, David Scott (Sarah) of Altadena, Calif and Kelly Molloy (Ross Corder) of Abington, Mass.; his grandchildren, Hannah Swenson, Cecilia Blackwell, Brigid Scott, Jacob Scott, Charles Scott, Bobby Molloy and Kaitlyn Molloy; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Thea, Sarah, Wesley Swenson, Cassius, Oliver Blackwell and Francesca Scott.
