As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Diana may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Douglas and Margaret Stallings Stampley; and her brother Doug Stampley, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Walden of Southern Pines; and her children, Christie Spivey (Michael) of Fort Mill, Crews Walden (M. J.) of Savannah, Stamp Walden (Laura) of Southern Pines, Calvin Walden (Marzenna) of Brooklyn and Scott Walden (Tiffany) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
