He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Forrest and Josephine Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Debbie Purvis (Charles) and Philip Forrest (Sherry) of Carthage; his grandchildren, Ian Purvis (Leslie), Carla Neal (Adam), Jeremy Forrest (Lauren) and Jesica Muse (Michael); his great grandchildren, Beckett, Emsley, Declan, Owen, Allen and Elliott; and his brothers, Roger and Ted (Helen). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Glendon Independent Christian Church in his honor.
