She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Horner and Dorothy Horner; the father of her children William B. Crews Jr.; and her brothers, Thurman and Clarke Horner.
She is survived by: her sons, William Hunter Crews of Aberdeen and Alexander Penn Crews (Michelle); her grandchildren, Phineas, Oliver and Luca of Southern Pines; and also James Horner (Jane) of Dallas, Texas..
