He is survived by: his husband Steven Graves; his pets, Mouse and Maci; his sister-in-law Geraldine Herring; his niece Brooke; his great-nephew Tristan; his nephew Brandon; and his cousins, Scott Bowers of Southern Pines, Tom Edwards of Charlotte and Jeff Edwards of Seattle.
