He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin John and Elvera Gladys Santoro Costantini; and his brother Frank Costantini. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Costantini; his children, Jennifer Costantini (Ray Ellis) of Atlanta, Leigh Neville of Pinehurst and Amy Cook (Stephen) of Memphis; and his sister Patricia Aaron.
