It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E. Vamper (Southern Pines, North Carolina), who passed away on March 13, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jill Vamper; his children, Tammy Vamper (Olivia), Tonya Vamper (David), Shimika Vamper, Barbara Chappel (Patrick) and Rodney Wood; and his brothers, Theron Vamper (Maudine), Lorenzo Vamper (Cassandra) and Martin Vamper. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
