As Kregg departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kregg may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kregg leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Bailey and Helen Everett Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Gail Roe Bailey; his daughter Michele Kastner (Steven) of Southern Pines; his grandsons, Brandon Kastner (Tasha) of Mishawaka and Ryan Kastner (Heather) of Carthage; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Joseph, Emmi Lou and Josephine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Joseph of the Pines, in appreciation for the care he received.
