It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Hall of Southern Pines, North Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Martin and Justeen Foust Martin; her husband Bill A. Hall; and her brother William Martin (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Judy Clark of Fayetteville and William Rickey Hall of Aberdeen; her siblings, Shirley Pickard, Peg Allen, Dorothy Vestal and Robert Martin; and her grandsons, John Hall (Gus) and William Hall (Gabe). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
